Refund Policy

1.14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or the start of a new subscription billing period. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be processed.

2.How to request a refund

Email billing@buildpriceiq.com from the email address used for the purchase, including your order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3.Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. The 14-day refund window applies to the most recent billing period only. Previous billing periods are not refundable.
